As the wind gently guides the balloons along invisible highways vast and various so do our thoughts roam.  What this really means is that we do not know what all to do with this site.  It is a work in progress so hang on!

We do want to introduce Bipolar Man.  This is a real person with a real diagnosis writing with anonymity.  Perhaps facts will be shared but mostly a smile or even a giggle is expected.
